Notice of Annual General Meeting 2010 |

The ISACA Malta Chapter Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday 19th July 2010. The AGM will be held at the Radisson Blu resort in St Julians. The AGM will start at 7:00pm. The AGM will be followed by the annual Networking Event which will include a Reception and all members together with distinguished guests will be invited. The Networking Event will start at 8:00pm. More details and invitations for the Networking Event will be issued in the coming days.
Attendance to the Annual General Meeting is open only to current paid up ISACA members and admission is free. Because of the importance of the agenda as set out below, your attendance is highly solicited.

2 Report by the Secretary
3 Report by the Treasurer
4 Dissolution of the Board
5 Nominations and Election of Board Members for 2010/2011
6 Matters Arising

The Board has authorised the procedures for the nomination and election set up by the Nomination and Election Committee. The Committee is formed by Gordon Micallef (Chairman), Eric Muscat and Vladimiro Comodini (Members). The procedures and nomination forms are being attached. These documents are also being made available on the website.
The Nomination and Election Committee is inviting members to send their nominations for the Chapter Board 2010/2011 as per same procedures and using the enclosed form. The nominations may either be sent by email to

or handed to one of the members of the Nomination & Election Board. Nominations will continue to be received until 48 hours prior to the AGM i.e. by 7:00pm on 17th July 2010. In the event that you have sent in your nomination by email please remember to bring the original document with you to the AGM and hand it to the Election Board.
